How to Talk to Investors?

I would like to share with you some thoughts from my recent experiences, hope this will be helpful for you.

• Make relationship.

Make friends with them and understand what they want. In the early stage, they want to invest in the right people so the right people could do the right thing. They are observing if you are the person they could trust, how will you use the money wisely, rather than random spending? When you lie in front of their eyes, they could sense easily.

• Be on time.

Arrive early before the meeting, it will make them feel you care about their time.

• Respectful attitude.

If you show them your respectful attitude, they will listen to what you say.

• Convince yourself first.

Bring a project you also want to invest from your own money.

• Do not judge your competitors.

Tell them what is your project's strength.
