This is the first time I attend the TV technology workshop, it was well organized because of ABU seems to be the biggest in Asia market. Just to understand the abbreviation of the title already made me confused, it is really another industry.
OTT = Over The Top
From my understanding, you need an OTT TV box with the internet, so it is like a computer with TV function and watches it on the TV screen, in the backstage system, you can browse the App you had on your phone, just it is a TV version. You text by your remote controller with 4 typical color: red, blue, yellow, green.

HbbTV = Hybrid Broadcast Broadband TV = Smart TV
